We store various types of goods in different sizes in our warehouse: from nutritional products, cosmetics, exercise supplies to electronics. Any type of consumer goods you want to sell on your e-shop, we can store it.
Our warehouse is located in Central Europe and we provide storage facilities for continuous storage of goods intended for shipment as well as handling space for packaging and shipping purposes.
We can deliver goods within EU in a short time (2 days max.) with our direct linehauls.
WAREHOUSING
How does it work?
Warehousing: based on the barcodes we assign a pallet or a box for the goods, which has its separate barcode that helps us determine its position within the warehouse. We thus eliminate any risk of errors and you have a complete overview of your stock.
Inventory & checks: you will have complete access to monitor the status of your stocks. We conduct regular checks & inventories to make sure no damage has occurred and the numbers from the storage are the same with our system.
Receipt: you create receipt for your goods into our system prior to sending it, we receive the product, inspect it for damages, and inform you if a problem occurs.
Storage: we then double check all the items received with the ones on the receipt, we upload them into our system using a barcode and then we store them accordingly.
We only charge you for actual stored inventory, we don’t have a minimum inventory number or base fee. With each invoice you will receive a detailed report that can be easily verified with the information in our system
Fulfillment
We pick, pack, assemble & dispatch of goods and documents.

We usually ship the goods on the same day we receive the orders, considering the time of their upload and the departure of our daily transport lines.

As soon as we receive the order information from the customer, we begin the process of picking, sorting, packing, and sending the package. This service also includes the provision and insertion of relevant documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.), as well as possible completion and co-packing (assembling individual products into one unit).

We take care of the entire packaging process directly at our site and we also organise the transport, including route planning. We make sure that this process is error-free and the package reaches the customer as soon as possible.

We help you optimize your delivery process from order to client receiving the order with our information system that allows us to verify, in a few steps, whether the order contains all the right products and whether nothing is missing in the package. Thanks to this, we achieve a minimum error rate of orders.

It is inevitable that some orders will be returned. Either because delivery could not be completed, or because the customers had an issue with the goods delivered. This process is called return logistics and is an unavoidable part of the eCommerce business. We can manage this process, based on your personalized needs.
At each moment of sale, your online brand makes a customer promise on the quality of your product and its safe delivery. If you fail to deliver efficiently and on time, customers will be lost and your reputation tarnished. It is, therefore critical that you get your eCommerce fulfilment spot-on.
Our staff will receive the parcels, process them depending on your requirements and after a specific period (or on request) send back to the e-shop where it was purchased. During the pick-up and dispatch, items are re-packed into a larger box (or packing material) and sent to the destination address provided by the e-shop.

Customers pay once the parcel is received, instead of making the payment at the time the order is placed. The payment is done through the delivery courier when taking over the package - from hand to hand. Some delivery companies also offer the option of mobile payment terminal, which means the customer can use the card to pay.
This money is then processed, comes to our consolidation bank accounts and within the information system and pairing you get it to your bank account exactly 1: 1.
